Barossa Babe
Shiraz
The 2014 vintage in the Barossa will be remembered as the direst, earliest and quickest in recent memory. Whilst quantity was well below average, the quality of fruit was an exceptional bounty of super concentrated small bunches and berries. This shiraz is laden with rich plum and blackberry fruit, supported by underlying notes of chocolate, dry, supple tannin from two years maturation in new French oak.

2014 Barossa Babe Shiraz
Halliday Wine Companion 2018
94 points
"It’s a well-constructed wine, showing depth and richness without being too obvious, Ripe, sweetish blackberry fruit and new oak are evident, but there’s a concentrated, composed, balanced feel to it. Should age well."
