The journey starts with Grenache vines in Blewitt Springs and Clarendon. Two of the cooler sub regions of, McLaren Vale’s with the perfect grape variety to produce fresh and vibrant rosé wine. We harvest the vines early to retain their natural acidity, and follow with a light press in the winery. The result a delicate salmon colour, similar to a first blush. Like many wild things, this WildVine Grenache Rosé is bright, lithe and deliciously dry.
